40-Homothetic in tangential quadrilateral

Let $ABCD$ be a tangential quadrialteral. $O$ is circumcribed of $ABCD$ . $E,F,G,H$ are projection of $O$ to four sidelines. (tangent points of $ABCD$ with $(O)$ ). The line perpendicular with Newton Line meet $OE,OF,OG,OH$ at $E_1,F_1,G_1,H_1$ . $R,S,T,U$ are intersection of four lines perpendicular with $OE,OF,OG,OH$ at $E_1,F_1,G_1,H_1$ . Then $ABCD$ and $RSTU$ are similar tangential quadrilateral, homothetic at $V$ .
